The dictionary defines the word oasis as "something that provides refuge, relief, or pleasant contrast." Overbrook Presbyterian Church's affordable after-school program offers just that to families of children in prekindergarten through middle school.

Parents can be assured their child receives care, attention and academic instruction in a nurturing Christian environment. Children receive a healthy snack, outside play time, and supervised homework assistance; giving working families more time together without the stress of doing homework. The children are also offered weekly opportunities for chapel, music, story time, and other fun-filled activities.

Transportation is provided from select area elementary schools, at no additional cost.
